Tensions heat up

THE TENSION BETWEEN THE TWO SUPERPOWERS HAS EXPLODED IN A ALMOST WORLD WAR BETWEEN RUSSIA AND THE U.S. LUCKILY NIETHER SIDE HAS FIRED A SHOT ON EACH OTHERS LAND OR HAS CAUSED ANY CHAOS. THE U.S. HAD LAUNCHED A SATTELITE SUCCESFULLY OUT OF THE ATMOSPHERE IN 10 YEARS, THE ONLY COMPLICATION IS THAT THE SATTELITES CAMERAS HAD TAKEN SPY PICTURES OF RUSSIAS ARMY CAUSING HUGE CONTROVERSY IN THE TACTICS OF THE U.S. THIS COULD HAVE EASILY STARTED A WAR WITH NUCLEAR POWERS TO DESTROY EACH OTHER. THIS ALONG WITH CHINA SWITCHING TO COMMUNIST IS MAKING THE U.S.'S ATTEMPT AT CONTAINMENT LOOK WEAK. THIS IS CAUSING HIGH STRESS IN HIGH POPULATED AREAS.

Outline of the cross-continent war

The Cold war in itself was less of a fighting war, but was more of an industrial war between Russia, And The U.S. for Supplies "IN" Warfare. The Cold war had started exactly when WWII ended. This caused quite abit of tension between the Communist, and non-Communists(U.S South Korea etc...). Truman the President of the U.S. had met with Russian leader Joseph Stalin. They along with others associated with WWII met at International Conference to discuss post-war decisions. Stalin had wanted to be a Communistic Nation, Even though he had promised to agree to Democratic standing. This angered president Truman and caused him to argue with the soviets about thier promise, they had disregarded theyre promise to the U.S. and had decided to follow the Communist Party. This scared the U.S. because they believed that there would be a domino affect in Western Europe, This changed their stand on forien policies to containment which means they believe that any traces of communist thinking in any part of the world had to stay there and not expand. This caused the U.S much involvement in Asia. For thier belief of involvement in other parts of the world i have chosen that the U.S was a better superpower in the war across continents.
